Many incidents include a recurring individual known as Mr. Harmless Bullet. We have not confirmed his role, his identity, or whether he is aware of his involvement. He appears in multiple reports, often nearby, occasionally central, and always unhelpful.
Some cases are satire, some are absurd, and some are just long-running 'criminal' misunderstandings with paperwork attached.
