What is “How NOT To Live”?

Did you recognize it right away? The only life advice you've been following for the past 30 years? Trying to live your “best life” but accidentally ending up exactly where you started: doomscrolling, stress-snacking, panicking like a pro, setting a reminder to go to the gym every Monday, overthinking everything twice, or ignoring your partner (or family) with Olympic-level skill. 

Then you're in the right place because here we master all those skills. Think of posts tagged with this section as self-help stories where each one shows you the wrong way to live—how to avoid obvious solutions or ignore your own needs.

There will be checklists, fake rules, and inner monologues from the anxious, stupid, needy parts of the brain that never got a chapter in any motivational wellness book. 

What is the point? To become a better person, of course. And by that, I mean to turn you into a productivity guru and help you recognize the ridiculous patterns you’re already stuck in. Just remember, this is not medical advice. 

I don’t know what other sites promise or how they teach you to succeed in life, but this place is more honest—it shows you how people (including myself) actually live each day… and still manage to roll out of bed, only to roll back in again. But never mind, I just love repetitions.
